Perfect Weekend Itinerary
Friday
Ease into the weekend by putting your feet in the sand and touching the Pacific ocean. Take a leisurely beach walk, collect seashells and photos, and if the season's right, try your hand at razor clamming (don't forget to check local regulations and calendars first). End your evening watching the sunset while roasting marshmallows at one of our fire pits or on the beach.
Saturday
Head to Westport (just 10 minutes away) to immerse yourself in maritime culture. Visit the Westport Maritime Museum to learn about local history, climb the Grays Harbor Lighthouse - Washington's tallest lighthouse, and enjoy fresh seafood at one of the local restaurants. For the adventurous, book a charter fishing trip or try surfing at Westhaven State Park.
Sunday
Make the most of our resort amenities with a morning game of pickleball, followed by a relaxing soak in our hot tub. Take a short drive to Twin Harbors State Park for hiking and birdwatching, or venture to the Tokeland Hotel for their famous Sunday brunch. Before heading home, stop by Brady's Oysters to pick up fresh seafood to take home with you.
