Total sleeping capacity includes 37 beds: 23 king, queen, or full beds, 13 twin beds, and 1 pull-out sleeper sofa, accommodating a maximum of 56 guests if the larger beds are shared.
Larger Groups: For groups between 50-100 guests, tent and RV camping is available with 1-2 portable bathrooms provided. Please contact us to discuss this option before booking.

Reserve our charming collection of 4 cottages, a private 2-bedroom home, and the historic 3-bedroom home at Breakwater Resort—the perfect setup for family reunions, friend gatherings, or corporate retreats.
This configuration accommodates up to 24 people when sharing larger beds. For individual sleeping arrangements, the space offers 16 total beds: 1 king, 7 queens, 1 full, and 7 twins.
Note: Resort amenities (hot tub, pickleball court, etc.) are shared with other guests.
All Hotel Units

Reserve the entire hotel wing at Breakwater Resort—9 spacious units, each with its own kitchen and bathroom. It's the ideal setup for family reunions, friend gatherings, corporate retreats, or off-sites where guests prefer private accommodations.
The hotel wing accommodates up to 32 people when sharing larger beds. For individual sleeping arrangements, we offer 21 total beds: 1 king, 9 queens, 4 fulls, 6 twins, and 1 pull-out sleeper sofa.
