Breakwater has been in Grayland for over 70 years, but 2025 marked an exciting transformation and modernization of the property. All 15 units have fresh furniture and design, easy to use smart locks (no key card required!), and a variety of bed configurations to fit any group.

The property has received the addition of a full-size pickleball court (weather permitting), a premium playground for our younger guests, a large grassy field for picnics and sports, and gathering spaces featuring wood-burning fire pits and gas grills.

With over 30 bedrooms spread across our various lodging options, we can comfortably host large groups, making us perfect for everything from intimate getaways to big group gatherings.

While our beach access varies with the seasons (the path can become challenging during rainy months), the unforgettable coastal experience remains year-round.
